Damages and issues

We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at teamthentees@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

As all sales are final, this applies to every product we sell, including sale items, custom or personalized products, and gift cards.
